- You can directly contact the property owner using the app.
- T0-Rent is only a listing platform; the responsibility for transactions/contracts between the app users and property owners is entirely their own.

Payment and Refund Policy:
- The fee paid by property owners for the app service does not guarantee the success of the property rental.
- The fee is not refundable if a post is canceled or if the user provides incorrect information.
